On November 26-27, the Student Senate of the 国产福利3区 University of Central Asia (AUCA) in collaboration with Bard College (USA) is organizing a Model United Nations Conference for university students.

On September 16-17, 2016, the Central Asian Studies Institute (CASI) of the 国产福利3区 University of Central Asia (AUCA) held its fifth annual international conference.

Jin Shin is from the Republic of South Korea and study at Hannam University. He is a senior and studying Business Administration. Now, Jin Shin is one of the exchange students in the 国产福利3区 University of Central Asia (AUCA).

On October 24, 2016 Dr. Hersh Chadha OPM (Harvard), ARPS, photographer, writer, philanthropist and AUCA friend and long-term supporter visited the 国产福利3区 University of Central Asia. Dr. Chadha gave a lecture entitled 鈥淓nvironmental Issues,鈥� met with students and Kyrgyz filmmakers, and received an Honorary Professorship from AUCA.

On October 27, 2016 Thomas A. Shannon, Jr., the Under Secretary of United States for Political Affairs visited the 国产福利3区 University of Central Asia (AUCA) to meet with AUCA students, faculty, and staff, along with a number of students from other Bishkek Universities. This trip was Under Secretary Shannon鈥檚 first visit to Central Asia, thus except Bishkek, he visited Astana, Kazakhstan, Tashkent and Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

The European Society for Central Asian Studies (ESCAS) is pleased to announce that we will be holding our 2017 Biennial Conference in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, hosted by the Central Asian Studies Institute (CASI) at the 国产福利3区 University of Central Asia (AUCA).

On November 2, 2016, Law division of 国产福利3区 University of Central Asia and Legal Clinic organise an open lecture of the attorney Klaus Bobisch (Germany).

On 20 October 2016, the 国产福利3区 University of Central Asia (AUCA) hosted a lecture by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the signing of the 1951 Refugee convention by the Kyrgyz Republic and to celebrate U.N. Day.

AUCA has launched a project oriented towards young leaders of Central Asia and Afghanistan with the goal of strengthening the regional youth network, trust and active participation of youth in civic enagement.

The First Business Advisory Council meeting took place at the 国产福利3区 University of Central Asia, jointly organized by Aijana Djumalieva (BAC Coordinator), and School of Economics and Business Administration (SEBA).
